Events in this category are one day or two day treks and tours, camping events. (Events which involve express train journeys are not included in this)
1. Registration Policy
- Full payment is required at the time of booking.
- Your seat is confirmed only after the full amount is received.
- Confirmation will be communicated via email or WhatsApp once payment is processed.
2. Transfer of Ticket to Another Person
- You may transfer your booking to another person if you are unable to attend.
- Allowed up to 72 hours before the event start time
- Free of cost (no additional charge)
- You must provide the name and contact details of the replacement participant in writing (email/official form).
- No transfers will be accepted within 72 hours of the event start time.
3. Change of Date (Postponement)
- You may shift your booking to a future date (same event, different batch) free of cost, if:
- Requested at least 72 hours before the event start time
- Strictly subject to availability and next event schedule
- Change of date not allowed within 72 hours of the event start time.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Time of Cancellation (Before Event Date) - Refund Eligibility
More than 7 days - 75% refund
3 to 7 days - 50% refund
Less than 3 days - No refund
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
- No refund for no-shows, late arrivals, or incomplete participation.
Important Notes
- All changes/cancellations must be requested in writing via email or official communication.
- In case the event is cancelled or rescheduled by T Trikon (e.g., due to weather, permits, or unforeseen issues),
participants will be offered:
- A full refund, OR
- A credit note redeemable for future events

1. In case of cancellation of booking with flight tickets included, The refund for ticket amount will be provided as per the policy of airlines. Please check with us before booking.
Cancellation in case of Force Majeure
Your Safety Comes First – Important Information on Tour Rescheduling and Cancellations in case of Force Majeure
At T Trikon, your safety and well-being are our top priorities. In rare situations where unforeseen events such as natural disasters, health emergencies (like epidemics or pandemics), political unrest, curfews, or unexpected changes like airline schedule adjustments or major local events impact the destination, we may need to postpone or reschedule a tour.
If such a force majeure or uncontrollable situation arises and you choose not to continue with the trip, here's what you need to know:
No Refund Policy in Force Majeure Situations: In these exceptional cases, we’re unable to offer a refund—either full or partial—as many of the arrangements are already in place. However, we’ll offer you the next possible departure of the same tour, so you don’t miss out on the experience.
Price Differences: If the price of the rescheduled tour is higher, we’ll kindly request you to pay the difference before departure. If it’s lower, the remaining amount will be kept safely with us as a credit shell that you can use for future bookings. Please note, refunds aren’t available on this credit shell.
Working with Our Partners: We’ll do our best to work with our airline, hotel, and transport partners to adjust your travel plans. If they’re unable to accommodate the changes, standard cancellation charges may apply.
Want to Change Your Destination? No problem! If you'd like to switch to another tour instead, we’ll check with our partners to see what’s possible. This might take a little time, but we’ll get back to you as quickly as we can. If your new tour costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference. If it costs less, the remaining balance will go into your credit shell with us.

Cancellation of a Tour by T Trikon – Here’s What You Need to Know
At T Trikon, we strive to ensure every tour runs smoothly and as planned. However, in some rare cases, we may need to cancel a group tour or travel package due to operational reasons or if there aren’t enough participants to run the tour comfortably.
If this happens, we’ll make sure to inform you promptly through your registered email, phone, or SMS.
Quick Refunds: The full amount you’ve paid will be refunded within 17 working days from the date of cancellation.
How You'll Receive It: Refunds will be processed via NEFT or RTGS— or original payment method, whichever is most convenient.
Please Note: We won’t be able to offer interest on the refunded amount.
Independent Arrangements: T Trikon won’t be responsible for any additional bookings or arrangements you may have made on your own, such as travel or accommodations outside the package.
Switching to Another Tour: If you’d prefer to join another tour instead, our friendly Travel Advisors will be happy to help! Any difference in the tour price—whether extra or less—will be settled accordingly.

Your Health and Well-being While Traveling with T Trikon
At T Trikon, your comfort and safety are our top priorities. When you—or someone on your behalf—book a tour with us, it’s understood that you’re physically and mentally fit to travel to the chosen destination.
To make your journey smooth and enjoyable, we encourage all guests to take good care of their health throughout the tour and carry any necessary medication, along with a valid doctor’s prescription.
In the rare case where a guest is found unfit to travel or their health condition affects the comfort of fellow travelers, T Trikon reserves the right to decline the booking or discontinue the guest from the tour, always keeping the well-being of the entire group in mind.
Should any health-related issues arise during the tour, the assistance will be provided with help of local doctors and hospitals, all related expenses will need to be covered by the guest. We kindly request that guests understand T Trikon cannot be held responsible for such situations.
If we had to discontinue the guest due to physical or mental health issues, No refund will be provided. We can assist the guest to reach back home safely, all related expenses will need to be covered by the guest.
Please also note that some destinations—especially those at higher altitudes—can pose challenges, even for otherwise healthy individuals. That’s why we strongly recommend that senior citizens, minors, and guests with pre-existing medical conditions consult their doctor before booking, especially if the tour involves travel to high-altitude regions.

TTrikon Gift Cards
TTrikon Gift Cards may be used for any tour. At the time of registration, participants need to mention the Coupon Code in the email so that he/she will be provided with the discounted rate. Gift cards can be used only once for the booking done by participant whose name is printed on the card.
