On de-boarding the bus, we drive into the lesser-known Tirthan Valley. Drop your bags, freshen up and begin this Himalayan soujourn. Today we explore Banjar, with its abundant natural beauty and few waterfalls. Later in the day, try your hand at the art of fishing as the Tirthan river has the famous Himalayan Trout fish in plenty. Spend the evening in leisure at the campsite as we sing through into the night around the campfire before getting into bed.

Day 3: Day excursion to Jalori pass and Raghupur Fort. Overnight stay in Jibhi.

Today, we move to the higher reaches of the Himalayas as we drive up to Jalori Pass, situated at 3,200 mts, this pass marks the valley crossing between the Shimla Valley and Kullu Valley. On our way back, we go for a small hike to Raghupur Fort, once an important place of siege during British India times.

Spend the evening chilling in Jibhi, sinking into the mountain vibe as you explore the cafés of Jibhi.

Day 4: A day of travel and adventure – River Rafting and Paragliding

Time to drive out to Manali, the tourist haven – but, in a non-touristy way! It will be a 6 hour drive out in total, however, we make it longer as we indulge into a rush of adrenaline.

En route, we jump into the cold waters of the Beas as we go for a small yet thrilling stretch of river rafting into the gushing waves of the Beas in the lap of snow clad mountains. Later, we go for a walk into the air – gliding into the Himalayan winds. Flying out towards the high valleys with snow peaks all around for company. This is an experience that brings thrill and peace to you at the same time. Spend the evening taking supper in Manali before checking into your hotel, relax after a long day!

Day 5: Taste the nectar of Lahaul via Atal Tunnel

We drive out to Solang, a heavenly place for winter sports, spend some time there before we drive into the cotton-like terrain of Lahaul. We drive through the infamous Atal Tunnel – the world’s longest tunnel above 10,000 feet to move into the Lahaul. In the winters, the mountains of Lahaul look just like huge scoops of freshly-made vanilla ice-cream with sprinkles of chocolate all over. Lahaul stands to be one of the most unexplored regions of Himachal due to difficulty of access, though, not any more! Drive around, fill your heart with snow and the fresh air around, while staying cozy inside your jackets.

Day 6: A day into snowy paradise followed by a dip into natural hot water springs

We drive to Sethan – today is specifically dedicated for snow activities. It’s a 1.5 hrs drive to Sethan. It’s going to be fully covered in a blanket of white, so ski, slide, fall or use a snow bike! We play a lot of other games to make the most of the snow, If, and once tired in the cold snow, spend the evening in your own private pools – natural sulphur hot springs. Relax every muscle of yours, feel the warmth in the pools while there’s snow all around. We’re sure you’d be really hungry after this, hence enjoy a sumptuous dinner and move to bed.

Day 7: A walk to Sajla Waterfall, Local Sightseeing and Shopping; Overnight bus to Delhi

As we approach the last day, we begin the day with a small walk deep into the forest, visiting a waterfall. Feel the silence of the woods while we treat our taste buds with a local delicacy – Siddu, by the waterfall with some chai along. Post breakfast, pack your bags and continue towards Manali as we visit Vasishta Temple, Hadimba Temple and Mall Road in manali.
