Day 1 : Transfer to Gabala from Airport 

Upon arrival at Baku Airport, you'll be transferred to Gabala ( 4.5 Hours Travel ) , a picturesque region known for its natural beauty. Enjoy the scenic drive, stopping at various points for photo opportunities.

Your day will begin with a visit to Nohur Lake, a serene body of water surrounded by a lush forest. Relax by the lake or take a sailboat ride. Next, you'll explore the Seven Beautiful Waterfalls, a stunning natural wonder that offers breathtaking views.

The highlight of your tour will be a visit to Tufandag, a popular destination for skiing in winter and summer sightseeing. Board a cable car for panoramic views of the surrounding mountains. After your cable car ride, head to Gabalaland, a youth entertainment center with attractions like karting and an ice rink.

At the end of the day, you'll return to your hotel in Gabala for an overnight stay.

Day 2  - Shaki from Gabala

After breakfast at your hotel in Gabala, you'll embark on a journey to Sheki. This historic city boasts a rich cultural heritage and stunning architecture.

Upon arrival in Sheki, you'll have the opportunity to savor authentic local cuisine at a traditional Sheki restaurant. To work up an appetite and explore the city's attractions, you'll embark on a guided walking tour.

The tour will take you to significant landmarks such as the Palace of Sheki Khans, a magnificent palace known for its intricate murals. You'll also visit the Caravanserai, a historic inn used by travelers along the Silk Road. Additionally, you'll explore an ancient Albanian temple and discover the famous sweet houses renowned for their delicious halva.

After your walking tour, you'll have some time to relax before visiting Kish village, a picturesque village nestled in the mountains. Here, you'll have the chance to explore the Albanian church, a significant religious site with a rich history.

Day 3 - Return to Baku with Gobustan and Mud Volcanoes Tour

After breakfast at your hotel, you'll embark on a journey back to Baku with a stop at the Gobustan State Historical and Cultural Reserve. This UNESCO World Heritage Site is renowned for its rich archaeological treasures.

The reserve boasts over 6,000 rock carvings depicting scenes of daily life, hunting, and religious rituals. Explore the Gobustan Museum to learn more about the history and significance of these ancient artworks.

Next, you'll venture to the mud volcanoes, a geological wonder unique to Azerbaijan. These fascinating formations constantly erupt, creating a surreal landscape. You'll need to take a Lada taxi to reach these remote locations.

After your exploration of the mud volcanoes, you'll continue your journey back to Baku, where you'll arrive at the end of the day.

Day 4 - Shahdag Tour

After a breakfast at your hotel we will proceed our journey to Shahdag, a picturesque mountain resort located in the Gusar region. The drive will take approximately 3.5 hours, covering a distance of 210 kilometers.

As you approach Shahdag, you'll be captivated by the stunning scenery, including the Caspian Sea, Besh Barmaq Mountain, Guba forests, and the Red Village. The Red Village is a fascinating community with a significant Jewish population, making it one of the most populated Jewish areas outside of Israel and the United States.

Situated just 29 kilometers from Gusar City, Shahdag Mountain Resort derives its name from the majestic Shahdag Mountain, standing at an impressive 4,243 meters above sea level. This peak is part of the Greater Caucasus range, offering breathtaking views and a pristine natural environment.

The resort complex is strategically located near Shahdag National Park, providing ample opportunities for skiing and other winter sports. In addition to its sporting facilities, Shahdag offers a range of activities for visitors to enjoy, making it a popular destination for both adventure seekers and those seeking a relaxing getaway.

Day 5 – Baku City Tour: Highland Park and Beyond

Your day will begin with a visit to Highland Park, where you'll be treated to breathtaking panoramic views of Baku. Admire the city's skyline, including the iconic Flame Towers, the Caspian Sea, and Baku Boulevard.

Next, you'll explore Chemberekend Garden, a peaceful oasis offering a respite from the city's hustle and bustle. Take a leisurely stroll through the gardens and enjoy the tranquil atmosphere.

Your tour will continue to Martyrs' Lane, a poignant memorial dedicated to those who sacrificed their lives for Azerbaijan's independence. Pay your respects at this solemn site.

The final stop on your tour will be Nizami Street, also known as Fountains Square. This vibrant street is a hub of activity, featuring numerous shops, cafes, and restaurants. Enjoy the lively atmosphere and soak up the city's energy.

At the end of the day, you'll return to your hotel in Baku for an overnight stay

 

Day 6 - Absheron Tour: A Journey Through Fire and Architecture

After breakfast at your hotel, you'll embark on a journey to Absheron, a region known for its rich history and unique natural features.

Your first stop will be the Flame Temple, a former Zoroastrian pilgrimage center. Learn about the history and beliefs of the Zoroastrians, who considered fire a sacred element. The temple has been converted into a museum and attracts thousands of visitors each year.

Next, you'll visit Fire Mountain, a remarkable natural phenomenon. This hillside on the Absheron Peninsula is home to a continuously burning gas fire that has been ignited by a thin, porous sandstone layer.

The final stop on your tour will be the Heydar Aliyev Center, a modern architectural masterpiece designed by the renowned Iraqi-British architect Zaha Hadid. Admire the building's distinctive curved style and explore its interior.

 

Day 7 - Baku City Tour and Airport Transfer

After a leisurely breakfast at your hotel, you'll embark on a tour of Baku City. Your journey will begin in the Old City, the historical heart of Baku. This ancient part of the city is surrounded by walls and is home to museums, buildings, traditional markets, and the Palace of the Shirvanshahs, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Next, you'll explore Baku Boulevard, a picturesque promenade stretching along the Caspian Sea. Enjoy the refreshing sea breeze, take a leisurely walk, or indulge in the various attractions, including the Ferris wheel, Little Venice, and Funicular.
