Bastar has many things to offer for the traveler. It’s home to India’s widest waterfall – Chitrakote, it is blessed with a dense forest cover– Kanger National Valley Park. Did you know? Chitrakote is referred to as India's Niagara Falls. Bastar has one of the lengthiest caves in India – The Kotumsar cave. In-fact, its history dates back to Ramayana when lord Rama with his family spent time here during the exile at Tirathgarh and most importantly, the primitive indigenous tribal “The Gonds”, “The Madiyas”, “The Dhurwas” that live here in the lap of nature. All this can be seen and experienced over a weekend tour package at an Unexplored destination of India – “The Bastar.”
