This event includes treks and basic fitness and prior trekking experience is needed.

Detailed Itinerary

Day 1: Catch bus from Delhi

Welcome to Dilwalon ki Dilli! Yes, the capital city waits to welcome you. If you land here in the morning, you could then explore the city on your own. You can keep your luggage at the railway station cloak room or maybe rent a bed at a hostel nearby. If you come here by evening then make sure you reach the meeting point “Kashmere Gate" by 6:30pm for boarding your Volvo bus to Himachal Pradesh. Have delicious momos and board the bus with your lead, who will assist you at every step. Make sure you keep him/her informed about your ongoing.

 

Day 2: Arrive in Tirthan Valley

Arrive early morning and get down at Aut bus station. An hour’s drive from here will take you to Tirthan valley. The valley gets its name from the Tirthan river which flows along the valley and is a major tributary of the Beas River. Once you arrive here, have breakfast and check into your riverside hotel and relax for the day without any tiring itinerary that expects you to hop and hustle. Alternatively, you can go for a small waterfall trek nearby. You can also indulge yourself into some fishing activity, the Tirthan river is famous for Trout fish. Mystical views of silvery peaks and sparkling streams are sure to leave you in awe. Have scrumptious meals and spend the day with fun and getting to know your co travelers. Play games and have dinner before you sleep tight.

Day 3: Explore JiBhi

JiBhi is one of the most googled and scenic destination in Himachal away from the maddening crowd, it is a little-known scenic hamlet in the Banjar Valley. Wake up to some amazing views and quickly finish your yummy breakfast as today we explore this small hamlet and number of waterfalls. Visit the famous JiBhi waterfall, mini-Thailand and more. You can also do cafe hopping for your lunch. Dont forget to try the local dishes of Himachal. You can do your shopping in Jibhi or the town of Banjar. If you are up for a trek and dont miss the views of Himalayas from Chenni Kothi which can be accessed only after a short hike. It is a tower like structure made only from stones and wood. Return to your hotel in the evening and sleep tight post dinner.

 

Day 4: Explore Jalori Pass & Serolsar Lake

Wake up early and leave for Jalori Pass. It is situated at a height of almost 3000m and from here one can visit the scenic Serolsar Lake. The 2 hour hike is very beautiful and dotted with many small cafes where you can stop for refreshements. Serolsar lake is considered holy and there is a temple situated nearby. Spend some quality time near the lake or play some fun games before returning back to your hotel in Tirthan valley. Have dinner and take some good rest as tomorrow we shall be checking out.

 

Day 5: Visit the Sarchi village and depart for Delhi

Get up, freshen up & report at the breakfast table in order to get started for the day post breakfast. Today we visit Sarchi & Jamala, the last villages of Tirthan valley to get soaked into the mesmerizing view and fall for it truly. Considered as a base for Lambri Top, there is a ridge that connects Tirthan Valley and Seraj Valley. These are stunningly beautiful hamlets with Himachali houses. Have your lunch here and spend sometime amidst the locals and stunning peaks. You probably have always dreamt of being here, hence make the most out of it till its time to depart for the bus stop. Post this leave for Delhi via Aut in a Volvo. Today your bond becomes much stronger with your co traveler and your phone is filled with pictures and videos. Trip concludes happily.

Day 6: Arrive back in Delhi & leave for your respective city


Book your train and flight post 11 am from Delhi.

  1. What is the grade of the treks in Tirthan-Jibhi tour? Do we need any preparation for this treks?

Treks in Tirthan are of Easy to Medium grade. If you have any previous experience of treks you can easily complete all these treks.

  1. What meals are included in the package?

Daily breakfast and dinner are included except dinners during bus travel. Daily lunch is excluded as guests can try dishes of their choice and local varieties when we are travelling. In dinner one fish meal of local trout fish will be provided subject to availability

  1. Can we try fishing in the Tirthan river?

Yes you can. You can hire instructor and fishing rods and learn the art of fishing. This will charged separately around ₹1000 including fishing permit. Rods can be shared betwenn multiple people as well. Best season for fishing is during summer. In winter fishing is restricted due to breeding season of Trout fish
