Itinerary

 

Day 01: Arrival at Bhubaneswar – Puri

Upon arrival at Bhubaneswar, proceed to visit:

  • Dhauli Shanti Stupa (Peace Pagoda)

  • Sakhigopal Temple

Thereafter, drive to Puri and check in to the hotel.

After freshening up, visit the sacred Shri Jagannath Temple for Darshan. In the evening, witness the famous Flag Changing Ritual at the temple.

Return to the hotel.

Overnight stay in Puri.


Day 02: Puri – Chilika Lake – Puri

After breakfast, proceed to Satapada, Chilika Lake (approx. 55 km / 1 hr 50 min drive).

Highlights:

  • Boat Ride on Chilika Lake

  • Spot the rare Irrawaddy Dolphins

  • Visit the Sea Mouth (Sangam of Lake and Bay of Bengal)

While returning to Puri, visit:

  • Alarnath Temple

  • Omkareshwar Temple (108 Shivling Temple)

In the evening:

  • Relax at Golden Beach

  • Explore the local markets of Puri

Overnight stay in Puri.


Day 03: Puri – Konark – Bhubaneswar

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and visit:

  • Bedi Hanuman Temple

Proceed towards Konark and visit:

  • Konark Sun Temple (Black Pagoda)

  • Chandrabhaga Beach

  • Ramachandi Temple

Later, drive to Bhubaneswar. En route, visit the famous Pipili Appliqué Craft Village.

Upon arrival, check in to the hotel. After refreshments, visit:

  • Ram Mandir

Overnight stay in Bhubaneswar.


Day 04: Bhubaneswar Sightseeing – Departure

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and visit:

  • Lingaraj Temple

  • Kedar Gauri Temple

  • Mukteshwar Temple

  • Khandagiri & Udayagiri Jain Caves

  • Kala Bhoomi Craft Museum

Later, enjoy shopping at:

  • Ekamra Haat

In the evening, transfer to Bhubaneswar Railway Station / Airport for your onward journey.
