Thrilling Trek to Alang Madan

Height: Alang – 4852 ft and  Madan – 4841 ft | Grade:  Moderate to Difficult

Covered in dense forest, Alang and Madan forts located in the Kalsubai range in Nasik district are considered to be among the most difficult treks in Maharashtra. Alang and Madan are adjoining peaks and offer a mesmerizing view from the top.

Two caves, a small temple and 11 water cisterns arranged in a cascade formation are present at the top of the Alang fort and two water tanks on top of the Madan fort. These along with a huge plateau provide ample scope of exploration to the trekkers. The difficult climb to the crest is rewarded by the most fascinating  panorama and, not to forget, the sunset sky.

If the adventure seeker in you is looking for a rush in the adrenaline, Alang – Madan Trek is just the right bet for you! Climb rocks, rappel and proclaim your conquest of the two most difficult treks in Maharashtra. Come, join us on this thrilling adventure.
