Overview

Take a break from the mundane and escape where spirituality meets history.  The beautiful island of Rameswaram is sure to enthrall each one of us as the Hindu texts describe this as from where Lord Rama launched his battle against the mighty Ravana.  Feel the war-cry of the vanarsena of Lord Rama as they would have marched over to Lanka.

How about some spooky experience? Then the ghost town of Dhanushkodi is one such place. Since the 1964 Rameswaram cyclone destroyed it, time stands still.  Walk around and listen to stories that the  ruins say.

If the engineering marvels excite you, take some time to savor the view of India's first sea bridge. The Pamban bridge connecting Rameswaram island to the mainland turned 100 years old in 2014, and is still going strong. And yes, did we say that the views around are simply fantastic?

Please Note : This event includes train travel of more than 24 hours one way. In addition, the balance part of the trip will be road travel.

Event Cost : 12999/- per person ( Include 3AC Tier Train Ticket Both Way )
